Position: Full Time French Bilingual Collections Agent – Experience Required

What you will be doing   Communicating in both French and English with customers – both verbally and through e-mail
Outbound calls conveying information regarding overdue accounts, and to promote timely payments of accounts
Review customer account statuses and modify based on payment activities
Follow up on and resolve customer claims
Process authorized customer credit notes and payments
Build and maintain strong lines of communication and working relationships both internally and externally
What we are looking for   Fluent in both French and English
Minimum high school graduation required (OSSD, or equivalent)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar collections or banking role
Must be able to pass a criminal record check
