As part of a leading travel support organization, you will become an integral member, focusing on delivering precise and efficient services to a diverse clientele. This role emphasizes the importance of accuracy in ticketing and itinerary planning while also offering ongoing professional development. Build and present optimal itineraries utilizing your Amadeus expertise and respond effectively to a variety of travel-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create optimal itineraries balancing cost and traveler needs
• Maintain Amadeus queues for processing tickets and refunds
• Anticipate schedule changes and resolve issues proactively
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately
• Collaborate to inform clients on travel guidelines
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in the travel industry necessary
• Bilingual in English and French for daily tasks
• Mastery of Amadeus GDS is essential
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• TICO certification required; OPC certification for Quebec candidates
