- Manage end-to-end ticketing processes,ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle reissues and refunds with exceptional attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize New Distribution Capability (NDC) to optimize the booking experience.
- Apply knowledge of Low-Cost Carriers (LCC) in ticketing and booking procedures.
- Leverage abilities with various Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to provide seamless travel solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a travel agency orsimilar role, preferably as a Senior Travel Executive.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing, reissue,refunds, NDC, LCC, and GDS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and partners effectively.
- Detail-oriented with exceptionalproblem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with at least 2 GDS systems(Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre)
