Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Freelance Customer Support (Dutch/Polish & English / Remote / Europe Time) Your mission
We are looking for a part‑time customer care agent who will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Your profileYour responsibilities include managing customer interactions via chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls. This role will initially be part‑time, with the possibility of transitioning to a full‑time position in the future, subject to availability and operational requirements.
Three hours per day.
Requirements- Fluent in Dutch/Polish and English, additional languages will be an advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience.
- Available to work according to the approximate Europe time zone: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
- Three hours per day.
