We’re hiring a high-performing Appointment Setter to manage a steady stream of 15+ warm inbound leads per day. No cold calling. No chasing. Just calm, structured conversations with parents who’ve asked for help.

• Handle short (5–15 min) inbound discovery calls
• Qualify leads and book consultations using proven frameworks
• Update CRM, log KPIs, and manage follow-ups
• Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
• Work remotely from a quiet, distraction-free setup

• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Stay calm under pressure and listen actively
• Enjoy structured, repeatable daily flows
• Have experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting
• Are available during UK daytime hours (late morning to early evening)
• Want to grow into a high-ticket closer role (£3K–£7K+ potential)

• Prefer high-pressure or aggressive sales environments
• Struggle with time management or structured systems
• Dislike fast-paced, high-frequency conversations
• Need micromanagement to stay productive
• Aren’t comfortable using tools like Zoom, Slack, or CRMs

• Call Volume: 15+ leads/day, 6–7 days/week
