The Role

We’re hiring a high-performing Appointment Setter to manage a steady stream of 15+ warm inbound leads per day. No cold calling. No chasing. Just calm, structured conversations with parents who’ve asked for help.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle short (5–15 min) inbound discovery calls
  • Qualify leads and book consultations using proven frameworks
  • Update CRM, log KPIs, and manage follow-ups
  • Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
  • Work remotely from a quiet, distraction-free setup

A Typical Day
  • 10:30 AM – Log in, prep leads
  • 11:00 AM – Call a parent who downloaded our guide
  • 11:30 AM–1:00 PM – 5 calls, 4 bookings
  • 1:00 PM – CRM updates and light follow-ups
