Job Summary

We are hiring a detail‑oriented Operations & Customer Support Specialist with experience in the logistics or transport industry. This role combines customer communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
