Ein flexibles Kundenserviceteam sucht Onepilot-Agenten, die von zu Hause aus arbeiten und Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Chat oder Telefon unterstützen.
Anforderungen sind Technologievertrautheit, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, sowie Kommunikationsfreude. Die Arbeitszeit ist flexibel, mit einer Mindestverfügbarkeit von 20 Stunden pro Woche. Die Bezahlung erfolgt pro gelöstem Ticket und variiert je nach Komplexität zwischen 0,40 € und 2 €.
