Support Moe Go's mission as a Remote Customer Success Specialist. Improve customer interactions and resolve inquiries for our emerging pet care technology platform.
In this key role, you will join Moe Go's Customer Support team, assisting customers in navigating our comprehensive services. This position requires 1-3 years of relevant SaaS support experience and a strong focus on problem-solving. You'll manage multiple tasks while ensuring customers receive exceptional service tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-channel customer support requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve product inquiries independently
• Provide professional communication specific to customer needs
• Exceed performance metrics in customer satisfaction
• Document resolutions and identify workflow improvements
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of customer support experience in tech
• Typing speed of at least 80 WPM
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment handling priorities
