Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager located in Istanbul, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Success Manager will foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, crafting tailored solutions, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. The role also involves proactively identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery for optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients (Relationship Building)
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs, address challenges, and deliver data‑driven solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with diverse stakeholders
  • Problem‑solving abilities paired with a proactive approach to improving customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in SaaS or tech-related industries is an added advantage
