In deze rol begeleid je patiënten op afstand, analyseer je problemen en zorg je voor goede verslaglegging in systemen. Er is een contract voor 1 jaar met uitzicht op vast dienstverband en mogelijkheden voor thuiswerken na 6 maanden.
