We’re hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide outstanding support in both English and French. If you’re fluent in both languages and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and French.
- Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
- Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer, and may occasionally be required to move around the office.
