The Best Connection are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisor(s) to work at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the call centre and customer service department with a global leader in logistics, distribution and supply chain management, with full Aviation Training provided.

• Pay: £14.73 per hour
• Overtime Pay: £22.10 after 40 hours
• Hours:
  
  37.5 hours a week, shifts Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 19:15
• Hybrid Office and Working from Home until January 2027 (dependent on performance + personal preference) Full Office Working from January 2027
• Location:
  
  East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington
• All Training Provided, 2 weeks onsite training, 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
• Duration:
  Ongoing, Temporary
• Accessible via the Skylink Bus Route
• Free Parking Provided

• Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!)
• Have a 5 year checkable work history (Obtained for you by us!)

• Experience of working with MS Word and Excel (desirable)
• Experience working within a Customer Service environment (required)
• Handling Customer queries (by telephone or electronically)
• Liaising with Network Contacts and Customers
• Using in-house data systems
• Data Entry
• Meeting company KPI's
