Overview

Part Time: 17.25 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work Sundays in line with the rota. Initially this role will be onsite for training. Thereafter, this role will be a hybrid role (one to two days from home).

We are excited to invite a candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.

What you’ll be doing
  • Consistently providing expert customer service to our retailer community in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling queries with high quality, including call and email queue management.
  • Supporting our service excellence model across the business.
  • Identifying and sharing ideas within the team to improve processes and retailer communications.
  • Analyzing call and query patterns to identify opportunities for better service.
  • Contributing to creating the best team environment.
What we are looking for
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
  • Competency in PC packages including the MS Office suite.
  • Previous experience using in-house database systems and spreadsheets.
  • Strong commitment to providing the best customer experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with initiative and to complete tasks accurately while contributing to team goals.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a varied workload.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, working to deadlines; exposure to Musgrave processes and systems is advantageous.
