Join Printeez as a Bilingual Customer Service and Technical Support Agent, providing essential support in both English and French. Engage with customers through various channels while working from home.
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for customers, helping them with inquiries about their orders and supporting them in navigating the Printeez platform. Your bilingual skills will enable you to facilitate effective communication and enhance the customer experience. This position is remote and requires a full-time commitment from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers through live chat, phone, and tickets
• Support inquiries on order statuses and artwork issues
• Conduct onboarding calls for new customers
• Foster customer trust as a Printeez platform expert
• Address reprints and refunds efficiently
Requirements:
• Professional bilingual skills in English and French
• Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service
• Comfortable with technology and software tools
• Proven remote work experience and discipline
• Professional workspace with reliable internet
