Step into a fulfilling Remote Customer Service Representative role with one of Canada's leading maintenance providers. Help ensure exceptional service delivery to enterprise clients.
This role involves a variety of tasks such as creating service forms, coordinating vendor dispatch, and responding to service requests. As a key member of the team, you'll work under the Director of Field Operations while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. No two days will feel the same in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain essential service documentation
• Efficiently coordinate and dispatch service vendors
• Promptly address incoming client service requests
• Source and onboard external contractors seamlessly
• Prepare quotes and estimates for varied service needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Experience in property management preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
