Remote Customer Success Specialist

In this role, you’ll be a central figure on the Customer Success team, leveraging your 1–3 years of experience in customer support to provide fast, friendly solutions. Your skill set should include proficiency in tools like Zendesk and a passion for helping clients optimize their proposal experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage support requests in a timely manner
• Address billing and technical inquiries efficiently
• Lead onboarding sessions and customer training
• Develop articles and resources for the knowledge base
• Support backend processes including ticket management
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of customer support experience
• Proficiency with Zendesk or similar tools
