Key Responsibilities:
• Provide service through phone, email, and chat
• Assist with travel, lifestyle, and loyalty program inquiries
• Book and manage travel using GDS systems
• Support customers with cancellations and re-bookings
• Plan complex travel itineraries and manage disruptions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in travel or hospitality
• Fluent in English and a second language
• GDS experience highly valued
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
