Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customers

• Maintain accurate logs and reports for all activities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• 2 years of call center experience in a related field

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Aptitude for numerical analysis and operations

• Ability to learn company systems efficiently
