Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support and Development
Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer mentor
A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
You’ll often work independently but have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
Provide client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and issues
Assist with account opening, transfers, and other transactional requests under the direction of the financial advisor
Prepare documentation, maintain accurate client records, and manage correspondence
Schedule appointments and prepare materials for client meetings
Support marketing initiatives and streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan
Utilize technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary:
Hiring minimum $49,700 and hiring maximum $54,900
Bonus potential, profit sharing, and a 401(k) (U.S.) or Group RRSP (Canada)
