Key Responsibilities Communicating with customers and drivers via phone and email Resolving customer queries and operational issues efficiently Completing reports and maintaining accurate records Scanning and processing documents Conducting online meetings using Microsoft Teams Supporting day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring excellent customer service Requirements Previous customer service experience is essential Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Logistics industry experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided Additional Information The successful candidate will initially be required to work alongside the team in the office during the training period.
Following training, remote working may be available; however, there will be an expectation to attend the office when required for meetings, training, or operational needs. We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy working environment.
