Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls for customer billing and service issues

• Identify needs and troubleshoot effectively for customers

• Take responsibility for service resolutions and customer satisfaction

• Use multiple monitors for research and interaction documentation

• Create engaging experiences with all customers through communication

Requirements:

• Candidates must be 18 or older and live in Canada

• At least 6 months of relevant customer service experience

• Willingness to work flexible hours between 7 AM and 12 AM EST

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Provide a suitable workspace at home with a reliable internet connection
