Client Success Coordinator – Museema LLC | Remote (UK)
About the Role
Museema is a US-based company helping marketing and HR teams build and manage branded company stores for custom swag, employee gear, and on-demand merchandise. We’re a small, close-knit team, and this is our first dedicated Client Success Coordinator hire — a fully remote role open to candidates across the UK.
You will own the day-to-day relationships with a defined portfolio of clients, ensuring they get the most out of their stores. This is a proactive role, focused on building genuine client relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts
- Respond to client questions and requests via email in a professional, warm manner
- Proactively suggest seasonal campaigns, product recommendations, and new ideas
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth adoption of their store
- Develop outreach campaigns to keep clients engaged and growing
- Flag and resolve issues internally, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Build strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction
- Coordinate with a store update team member, gaining people management responsibility
- Self-starter with proactive ideas for client engagement
- Organised, dependable, and able to manage time independently in a remote role
- Commercial awareness to spot upsell opportunities
- Genuine enjoyment of client interaction and relationship building
- Experience in customer service, account support, or client-facing roles
- Experience managing or coordinating with others
- Salary/Pay: £26,000–£27,000 per year (depending on experience)
- 28 days holiday
- Fully remote role, open to UK candidates
- 3-month paid trial period, converting to a 1-year contract

Remote role, UK-based. Occasional early evening calls with US clients required.
Timeline- Contract length: 12 months (Temp to perm, Fixed-term)
