Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
• Intermediate PC skills with multi-system proficiency
• CRM experience (e.g., SAP, C4C) is preferred
