Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Manager, Customer Service, WITS (f/m/d) to lead our EMEA Customer Service teams. In this role, you will supervise complex solution installations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in IT solution delivery, strong leadership skills, and fluency in English and Italian. This remote position based in Italy offers travel opportunities and challenges across diverse environments.
