Customer Home Experience Executive (2 positions)

Home Based Bristol/Plymouth covering the South West region and Home Based East covering the East and Central regions - Contract Type: x1 Permanent (East region) and x1 15‑Month Fixed Term Contract (South West region)

National £34,869‑£43,586 / London £37,854‑£47,319 per annum - Hours:
36 per week
We are looking for two Customer Home Experience Executives to ensure our customers receive the very best service and experience at each touch point of their journey with us from completion of the purchase of their new home.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service by:
- Providing best‑in‑class support to Shared Owners and Market Sales Purchasers during the key collection and handover of new homes.
- Representing customer requirements when accepting homes and ensuring homes meet the highest standards.
- Carrying out snagging inspections and defect management in line with National House Building Council (NHBC) standards and other warranty providers.
- Creating high‑quality Home User Guides for each new home.
- Resolving any issues professionally, ensuring a memorable first few months for new homeowners.
- Experience providing customer service support to customers purchasing new‑build homes.
- Strong track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confidence using CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

This is a home‑based role with regular travel across the South, East and Central regions. You will be required to work from the office one day per week, depending on site work requirements.
If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to the National pay scale.
