Senior Resolution Caseworker – Remote, Complex Complaints Lead

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Specialist Resolution Caseworker (Complaints) to manage complex, high-risk complaints effectively and fairly. This pivotal role involves acting as a single point of contact within the Customer Resolution team, leading investigations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in social housing complaints, knowledge of the Housing Ombudsman Code, and excellent communication skills. This is a remote, permanent position offering the opportunity to influence service improvements.
