This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the ag industry. You will manage internal and external communications efficiently, ensuring that customers receive timely assistance. Strong analytical skills, empathy, and active listening will be essential in identifying needs and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions through effective communication

• Accurately maintain ticketing systems for customer inquiries

• Handle significant volumes of inbound and outbound communication

• Administer after-hours support for work orders as needed
Requirements:

• 4+ years in a Parts/Service/Customer support role

• Technical training in agriculture-related fields advantageous

• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver's license, remote work flexibility required
