Reka in Bern sucht eine/n Mitarbeiter:in im Kundenservice (60 %) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams. Sie sind erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail und sorgen somit für ein positives Kundenerlebnis.
Die ideale Person bringt Erfahrung im Kundenservice mit, hat hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse und basic französische sowie englische Sprachkenntnisse. Wir bieten eine gründliche Einarbeitung und die Möglichkeit, teilweise im Home-Office zu arbeiten.
