As a member of our Customer Service Advisor team, you will be at the heart of the action, helping us support our fans.
About the RoleThis is a fixed‑term contract until 31st January 2027.
During the peak season, you will respond to LEGO fans from all corners of the world, providing a range of support services and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
We offer a competitive starting salary and a performance‑based discretionary bonus of up to 10%. Full in‑person training is provided, with a 3‑week induction followed by on‑the‑job support.
Our hybrid‑work approach allows Customer Service Advisors to work from home up to three days per week and from the office for a minimum of two days each week, after training.

What you’ll be doing- Respond to consumers in both English and Spanish – spoken and written.
- Engage with consumers via phone and email, handling topics such as order and return queries, digital and app experiences, LEGO electronics, brand information, product quality, and feedback.
- Build strong, positive relationships with consumers in a fun and engaging manner.
- Assess and solve brick‑based problems using our tools and programs, requiring solid IT skills to support consumer requests.
- Adapt to a variety of shifts, including some weekends, to ensure exceptional service.
