Drive customer loyalty in a Remote VIP Manager role at DAZN Bet. You’ll create exceptional experiences for high-value clients and contribute to the growth of the VIP program in Canada.
In this position, the VIP Manager will develop strong relationships with DAZN Bet's high-value customers. Your background will span at least three years in VIP management or high-end customer service within the online gaming and sports book sector. Collaborating with marketing teams, you'll enhance engagement through tailored offers that reflect customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-value accounts and customer portfolios
• Provide seamless and personalized VIP experiences
• Build meaningful relationships through ongoing engagement
• Develop customer profiles for customized rewards and offers
• Monitor activity for customer satisfaction insights
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in VIP or account management
• In-depth knowledge of gaming and sports book industries
• Proven ability to deliver high-level client service
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility to adapt to working hours, including travel
