Corporate Travel Consultant (Remote – Canada)
Hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm EST and Saturday and Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm EST 100% Remote
Our client, a boutique Travel Management Company, is looking for a talented travel professional to join their fully remote team. This is an opportunity to work with a company that values expertise, autonomy, and building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Managing complex domestic and international corporate travel arrangements
✔ Handling itinerary changes, disruptions, and emergency travel situations with confidence
✔ Building strong relationships with business travelers and understanding their unique
preferences
✔ Providing high-touch, white-glove service to every client interaction
✔ Maintaining accurate traveler profiles, loyalty programs, and travel records
What We're Looking For:
✔ Minimum 3 years of corporate travel experience
✔
Strong Sabre GDS experience (3+ years preferred)
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
✔ TICO certification (for Ontario-based candidates) is required
✔ Flexibility to assist with occasional after-hours travel support
