Ag Machinery Support Specialist - Parts/Service
Location:
HUMBOLDT (Remote work possible in SK, West MB, East AB)
- Strong internal/external customer service (professional, attentive, timely)
- Maintain ticketing system accurately for customer calls, texts, and emails
- Work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and when there are overflow calls
- Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound communications for both Parts & Service
- Identify & document customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions
- Promote products/services when opportunity arises
- After hours support on work orders for technicians & dispatch
- Admin tasks & special projects as needed
- 4+ years experience in the ag industry as Parts/Service/Precision Ag Tech, in a customer‑facing/support role
- Technical training in Parts/Service an asset
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; active listening, empathy
- Self‑motivated, driven, detail oriented
- Advanced machinery knowledge, preferably John Deere
- Operate in parts catalog & service advisor systems
- Proficient in MS Office
- Multi‑tasking ability
- Valid driver’s licence, able to work remotely and travel as needed
- Legally entitled to work in CA
