Role OverviewAs a remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide inbound support via phone and internet, helping customers resolve routine issues and navigate products and services. You’ll follow structured call flows, document interactions, and offer additional solutions—all while delivering expert service with a smile.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Assist customers with basic technical issues and product inquiries
- Document and retrieve information in internal databases
- Offer additional products or services when appropriate
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability for shifts
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Desktop or laptop for initial testing (work computer may be provided)
- High-speed internet (no satellite, wireless, or hotspots)
- Smartphone for authentication and communication
- $16–$18/hour base pay (not below minimum wage)
