• Provide exceptional customer service while working with our customers to obtain repayment on their past‑due loans in a timely manner.
• Manage customer communications across all channels, such as email, chat, and phone.
• Meet and exceed individual and departmental goals and performance requirements.
• Participate and engage in team meetings and performance reviews.
• Be a subject‑matter expert as it pertains to our products, processes and procedures.
• Report to all shifts on‑time and ready to work – reliable attendance is critical.
• Be flexible and an agent of change.
