Call Center Rep

We are looking for sales representatives who are trained to excel in selling and to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

Compensation

Earn $21.50 CAD per hour (Fees apply: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 Live Xchange Service Fee).

Schedule

Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You can work more hours if you would like to. Set your own flexible schedule between Monday‑Friday: 7:30 am–11 pm EST (Peak: 9 am–4 pm EST);
Saturday: 7:30 am–8 pm EST (Peak 7:30–8 pm);
Sunday: 9 am–8 pm EST (Peak 11 am–3 pm).

Gig Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.
  • Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message and others.
  • Provide comprehensive customer assistance: address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment to general inquiries.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
  • Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient and effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Experience & Skills Requirements
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week following the operating/peak hours stated above.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
