Position Overview
Permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a federal contact center. You will provide support and service to providers and members, problem‑solve inquiries, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries from providers and members via phone and email.
- Problem‑solve and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Handle both routine and challenging calls efficiently.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
- Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of contact‑center experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Technical aptitude for multitasking across software platforms.
- Ability to concentrate for prolonged periods while seated with a computer and headset.
- Training hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:15pm AT. - Post‑training schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours a day, primarily evening shifts. - Core availability: 7:00am – 10:00pm AT.
