Position: Collections Agent Bilingual French Needed
Become a vital part of our client’s team as a Bilingual French Collections Agent in Saint John, New Brunswick. This telephone-based, hybrid role emphasizes effective financial negotiation and customer interaction.

We are currently hiring three Collections Agents for a contract commencing June 15, 2026. You will engage with customers to resolve overdue accounts and build constructive solutions. The role features a positive office culture with a fixed 40-hour work week, allowing for one day of remote work for balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound communication with customers

• Negotiate payment plans based on financial circumstances

• Record and document customer transaction details accurately

• Achieve individual KPIs focused on quality and compliance

• Ensure timely escalation of complex account issues

Requirements:

• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in French and English

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service or a relevant field

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Competency with MS Office and collections applications

• Post-secondary education is required
