What You’ll Do
  • Provide customer support for client products and services
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-focused service
  • Accurately document customer information and interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals
Experience Required for Your Success

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center, retail, chat, or in-person)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and multiple systems
  • Reliable hardwired home internet connection required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong attendance and work ethic

Schedule

  • Operating hours:
    Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
  • Morning, afternoon, and night shifts available
  • Weekend availability required for at least one day
