Rentokil-Terminix is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join their remote team. Successful candidates will immerse themselves in customer interactions, focusing on resolving issues, answering queries, and managing orders efficiently. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer calls and emails promptly
• Process orders for both new and existing clients
• Investigate customer complaints thoroughly
• Maintain up-to-date customer databases
• Actively promote services and products to customers
Requirements:
• One year of experience in a call center environment
• Competence in Microsoft Office and Outlook required
• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• High school diploma required; college preferred
• Fluency in English and French is advantageous
