Adecco Italia ricerca un Operatore customer care/back office da inserire in una multinazionale nel settore della consulenza strategica. Il candidato dovrà gestire richieste dei clienti tramite canali inbound, garantendo il rispetto dei livelli di servizio e delle procedure.
È richiesta la conoscenza dell'olandese e dell'inglese, capacità di utilizzo di CRM e strumenti di contact center. Offriamo un contratto iniziale di 6 mesi, con RAL di 25/26K e lavoro full remote.
