Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and email inquiries promptly

• Document interactions according to protocols

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant call centre or customer service experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently in a quiet environment

• French language skills are beneficial
