In this role, you will manage inbound calls, ensuring top-notch customer service while navigating a fast-paced environment. Your communication skills and previous call center experience will be key assets as you help enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field incoming inquiries according to service guidelines
• Escalate calls appropriately and assist with resolutions
• Perform necessary research and fulfill requests
• Proactively identify areas for service improvement
• Uphold compliance with company and regulatory policies
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in a call center setting
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with system navigation
• Demonstrated self-motivation and action-oriented mindset
