What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support for client products and services
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-focused service
- Accurately document customer information and interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center, retail, chat, or in-person)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and multiple systems
- Reliable hardwired home internet connection required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong attendance and work ethic
Schedule
- Operating hours:
Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM - 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Morning, afternoon, and night shifts available
- Weekend availability required for at least one day
