CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

  • Salary: £25,000 £ 30,000 depending on experience

Our client is a growing logistics and fulfilment business based in Warwick, providing specialist services to a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands. With a friendly, close-knit office team of 10, they are expanding rapidly and have created this brand-new role to support their growing client base.
This is a permanent, fully office-based position. No hybrid or remote working.

As a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator you will:

  • Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact for our client's fashion and lifestyle customers
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and maintaining accurate records
  • Support e-commerce operations with order processing, tracking and fulfilment queries
  • Coordinate with internal warehouse and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • Maintain accurate data across internal systems
  • Take full ownership of customer queries through to resolution
  • Play an active part in the business as it continues to grow

The Customer Service and Operations Coordinator will have:

  • Proven experience in inventory control or stock management
  • A background in e-commerce operations or order processing
  • A confident, professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy
  • Good IT skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with an ERP or WMS system
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a small, busy environment
  • Someone who is looking to grow with a business for the long term
