Position: Remote Service Coordination Specialist Role
Become a crucial part of Acclaim Health as a Service Coordination Specialist with flexible shifts at the Speers Road office. This position emphasizes excellent communication and scheduling to support client services efficiently.
As a part-time team member, you will work every other weekend and be responsible for facilitating effective communication across healthcare teams. Key competencies include customer service experience and familiarity with Alaya Care. Your work will involve addressing client concerns, managing appointments, and updating essential records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage incoming calls and concerns

• Clarify service issues and determine the best solutions

• Maintain accurate electronic health records in Alaya Care

• Process scheduling and cancellations effectively

• Update team members regarding changes or client situations
Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years in customer service or office experience

• One year in Community College, Business Administration Program

• Strong communication and effective listening skills

• Good organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Ability to collaborate and work independently
