Customer Service Advisor —

Location:

Middleton (M24). Salary: £25,445 per annum (£12.71 per hour) for 37.5 hrs/week, rotational shifts 7am–7pm.

Hybrid: one weekday and one weekend day working from home.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
Resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
Process orders with precision and care.
Work closely with the operations team to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role.
Flexible approach – weekend availability is a must.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive, can‑do attitude and excellent communication skills.

Shift Patterns

Open from 7am–7pm; you’ll work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends.

7am–3pm
8am–4pm
9am–5pm
10am–6pm
11am–7pm
