In this key position, you will report to the CRO and focus on ensuring that enterprise customers achieve their targeted success with Rewind’s platform. You are expected to manage relationships, guide customers through the success journey, and collaborate with various teams to create impactful playbooks and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee enterprise and mid-market customer relationships
• Lead onboarding and adoption processes effectively
• Conduct business reviews and executive check-ins
• Establish customer success metrics and best practices
• Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
• Experience with enterprise accounts and diverse stakeholders
• Proven process-building capabilities
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Data-driven mindset for enhancing customer health
Lead customer success initiatives for enterprise customers at Rewind while fostering collaboration and satisfaction.
