Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients as a trusted advisor on software usage
• Manage client relationships for long-term retention
• Monitor client health with customized metrics
• Design client education and engagement initiatives
• Advocate for client needs within the organization
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Community Foundations
• Proven experience in client delivery in IT sectors
• Strong technical skills and data analysis capabilities
• Flexibility to adjust training approaches for clients
• Willing to travel occasionally (about 20%)
