As a crucial member of the team, you'll assist a diverse group of members and employers concerning the OMERS Pension Plan. This role involves managing digital communication channels and processing important transactions efficiently. Regular travel to the Toronto office for meetings will be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve members through phone and online communication
• Process pension administration transactions efficiently
• Maintain service standards and respond to escalated issues
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes
• Analyze member data and identify solutions
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in client service
• Bilingual in English and French required
• Proficient communication and technical skills
• Composed in challenging situations
• Reliable internet connectivity for remote work
