THE SEAFOOD BAR in Amsterdam zoekt een Customer Service Agent die de verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor reserveringen en de klanttevredenheid. Je beheert de reserverings mailbox, neemt telefoontjes aan en zorgt voor een professionele ervaring voor iedere gast.
Met jouw charme en communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je voor een gastvrije benadering, terwijl je vragen en klachten afhandelt. Deze rol vereist minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring in een gastgerichte functie.
Je ontvangt een all-in salaris van 17,28 euro per uur plus voordelen zoals pensioenregeling en flexibele werkplekken.
